Our coaches will be filming your surfing throuhgout each session. This will give you a detailed analysis of your surfing. It enables our professional team to offer feedback of your performance. This is a great tool for improving your skills as a surfer.


STRENGTH TRAINING

STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS

Surfing is a very competitive sport. During a surf session or a competition you must have good physical preparation for paddling and optimun wave count. This will aid in powerful maneuvers and most importantly to prevent injuries.

Our weekly strength training program provides a much higher yield for the athlete within the water than any other program. Our professional athletic coach has over 20 years of experience, training top athletes in multiple sports. He recently developed a functional and specific training program for competitive surfing. There are three important fundamentals of surfing; balance, strength and elasticity. This is fundamental to improve your skills in preperation to be an exceptional athlete.

Surf coach pro team will be giving an orientation of different shapes and sizes of equipment for your personal needs. Having the correct board set up is crucial to your personal growth and improvement as a surfer.
